Rosanne Bibby is a Certified Empowerment Coach (GCC), mentor and the founder of Eyes Wide Open (2017), as well as a school teacher of nine years. She also holds an English Specialist BA Hons. degree and a Master of Teaching (MT) degree from the University of Toronto. Painting, singing, and connecting with people are among the pastimes that revive her spirit to continue serving others. She also has an adventurous streak, having twice climbed a volcano! Rosanne resides in Toronto, CANADA.

For as long as I can remember, I've wanted to support others in the process of becoming. Growing up, I couldn't help but notice the social barriers that existed for girls like me. I was set on entering the teaching profession, believing wholeheartedly that no one should ever be left behind in pursuit of a promising future.

 

Still, six years into my career, I couldn't shake this desire to support the advancement of others beyond the four walls of the classroom. I've learned that the best way I know how to help someone overcome any odd stacked against them is to build bridges. That discovery led to the birthing of Eyes Wide Open as a sole proprietorship in 2017.

I've made my share of mistakes trying to figure things out in life - some of which could have been avoided had I felt more safe to open up to others. A lecture wouldn't cut it - I needed someone to believe in my potential and to help pull out the answers that were planted deep inside of me.

 

My heart is to create a safe, authentic, judgement-free zone in which both you and I get REAL about the issues that drive our desire for change. As a born-again believer in Jesus Christ, I am committed to serving women - all women, regardless of what road they've traveled. Nothing motivates me more than to witness you rise to the fullness of who you are meant to be.
